Russell's first look a Cheyenne Mountain, where he meets a nice man with a pistol. The Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station [CMAFS] houses the Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center [CMOC], or the embedded command center for the North American Aerospace Defense Command [NORAD], which is located close by at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado.)
Evidently Russell found a way to sneak him. Unfortunately, Russell isn't very adept at sneaking....
